However, the process of removing the fill plug could be covered in more detail. I nearly ripped mine off for the first plug that I tried to remove. I had to find a minature and standard sized screw driver and use them together to gently pry off the plug. After I got it off and learned how to do that for the other toner cartridges, the rest of the process was gravy.The printing colors look close enough to the original ones that I can't tell the difference. I'd get this again--though I'll eventually have to replace my toner cartridge because the drum inside of it will get used up.
